We worked directly with the design team to ensure that the spaces were going to be fully optimized for rental operations. We ensure that our units maximize their short-term rental performance by providing superior aesthetics and that they remain flexible enough to shift to other rental models if needed.
Recently renovated.
The spaces recently had undergone construction, we worked with the contractors to make sure that the spaces would be left in pristine condition to supply the needs of any rental activity that would take place.
High-quality amenities.
One aspect of the renovation was deciding on the amenity set. We ensured that the units would be outfitted with upscale amenities to maximize comfort and convenience.
