Located in the downtown Phoenix area in Arizona the Roosevelt Capri was completely redone and onboarded for short-term rental operations. This multi-family complex sports 20 upscale apartments, tasteful decor, and a privileged location. This was our first experience undertaking a multi-unit complex for short-term rentals.

We handled the entire operational preparation, short-term rental logistics, and design/furniture placement
